He has seen exactly what happens when boat systems fail offshore, which is why his structural fabrication and diesel mechanics are built to take a beating.
Zell keeps the operation moving. Before managing marine logistics, she spent three years running over-the-road freight as a commercial truck driver. With two degrees from FIU and an OSHA 10 Maritime certification, she handles the heavy procurement, strict compliance, and client communication. She brings a no-nonsense, highly precise approach to the business end of every project.
Koty is a former U.S. Navy Corpsman who brings a calm, methodical approach to the chaos of boat repair. With a Captain's license and years of specialized plumbing and system experience, he understands marine infrastructure from the operator's perspective. He handles the complex mechanical and fluid systems that keep the vessel alive.
