Our Process & Rates
1. Mobile Service Call
$165.00This fee brings us to your location to diagnose the issue. When you hire us for the repair, this $165 rolls right into the bill to cover your first full hour of labor. We get straight to work, and you never pay twice.
2. Project Quote
After diagnosis, we provide a flat-rate quote for the repair (based on $150/hr labor + materials). You'll know the full cost upfront.
We always strive to provide options to solve your issue, working with you to find the best solution for your vessel and budget.
3. Approval & Repair
Work begins only after you approve the quote. Payment is due upon completion.
- Unforeseen Issues: If we find hidden problems, we stop and get your approval for any changes.
- Hourly Work: Complex troubleshooting is billed at $150/hr (1-hr minimum).
