> FILE: INDUSTRIAL SALVAGE

FIELD EXPERIENCE

The Octamarine Standard wasn't learned in a classroom. It was forged in the high-stakes world of marine salvage and asset recovery.

Our founder spent 15 years in disaster recovery, where a mechanical failure meant losing the vessel. When you are operating in those conditions, "good enough" repairs get people hurt.

We bring that "Salvage Mindset" to your maintenance. We build to ABYC and AWS standards because the ocean doesn't care about excuses. We fix your vessel to survive the environment, not just the weekend.

Bryan

> RANK: LEAD TECHNICAL OFFICER

BRYAN

15+ YEARS COMMERCIAL | OPS MANAGER | WELDER FABRICATOR

The technical anchor. Bryan's foundation was built under the mentorship of a Master Pipefitter and as a welder/fabricator on the production lines of Lazzara Yachts.

He spent 15 years in the commercial sector, serving as Captain and Operations Manager for a major Key West towing & salvage fleet. His field experience includes complex crane barge maneuvering and multiple hurricane recovery missions.

He specializes in structural aluminum fabrication and heavy diesel propulsion, bringing industrial-grade problem solving to recreational marine repair.

Zell

> RANK: LOGISTICS CONTROLLER

ZELL

FIU ALUMNI (X2) | OSHA MARITIME | COMPLIANCE & LOGISTICS

The operational bridge. Holding dual Bachelor's degrees from Florida International University, Zell translates complex technical requirements into executed logistics.

She manages the critical path of procurement, client comms, and safety compliance. Certified in OSHA 10 Maritime & Fire Watch, and currently completing ABYC Standards Certification, she ensures every project meets regulatory code.

She protects the vessel's value by managing the documentation and safety protocols that technical crews often overlook.

Koty

> RANK: SYSTEMS INTEGRATOR

KOTY

USN VETERAN | INFRASTRUCTURE SPEC | LICENSED OPERATOR

The systems expert. Koty is a former U.S. Navy Corpsman applying military-grade discipline to civilian marine infrastructure.

He combines 5 years of specialized plumbing experience with licensed operational experience as a Captain. He applies a clinical approach to the vessel's critical infrastructure—fresh water logic, hydraulic pressure, and containment systems.

He understands these systems from the operator's perspective, knowing that a pump failure at sea is a mission-critical event.
